I am very sorry for the people in Dominica and the devastation TS Erika caused. In Jamaica the situation was very different. A flash flood watch was issued by the met office yesterday morning for the entire island of Jamaica. However, we received nothing but a light drizzle which lasted only for a few minutes. The rest of the day was clear but windy. This morning the met office discontinued the flash flood watch. Today was also clear with a strong breeze from the south. Jamaica prays for rain as the drought continues.
